MDeC MALAYSIA needed Internet based work flow centric high availability software that could manage the complex interactions between the various officials at MDeC and the nearly 1500 MSC status companies as well as prospective global technology companies that were applying for the MSC status.

KISL won a competitive tendering process for the design and development of the application
